Pros

Large established infrastructure worldwide, good benefits in the US.

Cons

Just like leaders of many other publicly traded companies TI managers are mostly focused on impressing investors. This culture spreads through all levels of the company. It does not matter what you do, it only matters what your boss think you do. The company has very few innovative products. Product designed decades ago generate most of the revenue.

Pros

This is a good place to work if you are just starting out. It offers you an opportunity to get to know the "ins and outs" of the semiconductor field.

Cons

Mental stimulation and growth are quite deficient at times. You really get the vibe that you are a "cog in the wheel" while working here.
