Quality company to work for. Lots of opportunities to grow and move as long as you have solid foundation and good work ethic.

Catching up to be competitive in terms of tech incentives/salaries/solutions.

Overworked

Pros

Stable company, decent pay and very good profit sharing if the company does well.

Cons

Very short staffed and over worked. Treated like you should be so thankful you work for them. Lackluster pay, which has caused a large portion of the company to seek employment elsewhere. Locally (Maine) there are many other tech companies around that offer better pay and benefits
