Pros

Can be the best place to work. When the right team is built, then the projects have a good chance of being successful.

Cons

inexperienced leadership. The lower management tries to "sell" another roadmap project and then repeats the same failing recipe of managing the projects. This causes a high turnover rate.

Pros

A solid technology company with a global network of excellent engineering talent. I had the privilege of working with some of the top technical minds in the world.

Cons

Not as innovative as you would expect for such a technology giant. Perhaps some shareholders like the lower risk. Ask yourself and anyone else what TI is known for, and the answer will be the TI calculator. Ultimately values profit over employee prosperity.
