Pros

You have the opportunity to grow. They tend to hire many right out of college and give you quite a bit of responsibility. Do your due diligence. Talk to current employees. There are many around that can give good insight into various departments.

Cons

Not quite sink or swim but they are looking for self-starters. They tend to juggle departments around with frequency. This gives them the excuse to downsize. They will overwork you if you let them. Some departments are quite disfunctional.
