Pros

TI seems to be of the principle of developing for a wide variety of applications across different industries. This mean as an engineer in TI can be part many unique products

Cons

They are currently not industries leaders in the semiconductor space as its business model is focused more on giving their customers what they want as opposed to spending billions to be the first to develop a smaller chip
