      Decent pay, great teams, opportunities to move within different roles and organizations

      Cons

      Depending on team, you can end up regularly working Nights/Weekends if you support Manufacturing/Operations. Upper IT Leadership seems disconnected from reality

      Great place for new college grads

      Cons

      Leadership has dropped off a cliff. No longer a great place to have a career. Most people leave after year 4. Huge gap between 5 and 15 because no one wants to stay there long term.
