Pros

Pay is good especially if you work the Night Shift.

Cons

Very stressful with Management's demands/expectations. Specialists are of low quality hence the job is mostly just a high paying babysitting role but it gets old after awhile.

Very clear division of responsibilities. Very good response of all groups in support of manufacturing effort. Ample redundant tools and support. Shared rewards (profit-sharing).

Cons

Supervisors bear an enormous level of responsibility, high level of stress.
