Pros

Profit sharing, about average for industry salary, get your own desk. Decent career opportunities if you work hard and can navigate the network/politics. About average for 401k match. Lots of training (actually could be too much).

Cons

15 days PTO for NCG's (15 days = vacation + sick days) other companies grossing a similar revenue are starting to give more. Working in manufacturing for 2 years so expect to be on call 24/7 (holidays included). Tedious work. Critical and cynical coworkers/culture.

Pros

Compensation and work/life balance are very good. Business has improved under current leadership and plans forward look very promising.

Cons

Occasionally intense pressure to do the expedient rather than the smart thing. Company is large and change is slow to adopt.
