Pros

There are some great people to work with at TI. It's has great ethics policies and behavior. There are lots of potential areas to learn in.

Cons

Lots of short-sighted off-shoring happened with people training their own replacements.

Pros

Very good company when it comes to health benefits and other perks. The location of the company is also good since it is in Baguio City where it is not too warm. The products are good and interesting for technically inclined people

Cons

The environment and the nature of the engineering jobs there are very very stressful especially if you are on the manufacturing side supporting everything. You feel overworked because you are really overworked. The HR department is pro management
