Pros

You get to work with some of the best people. I feel that that the work I do is quite challenging (state of art) and superior as compared to people in other companies. The company encourages taking risk to improvise over already exiting techniques. You can see innovation happening.

Cons

As you are working with some of the best engineers on the planet, you have to really be smart to grow. Promotions can be quite late as your peers are of high calibre.

Pros

Worked with pretty good people, had a very good direct supervisor. But they could only do so much.

Cons

No opportunity for growth, or opportunity to move from contract to permanent position

Pros

One of the most considerate companies to work for

Cons

Career growth is extremely arbitrary..being a blue-eyed boy counts for more than results.
