      Everyone was very kind and they had an open door policy. Impactful work. Flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Getting software downloaded that you had to use was much more complicated than it should be, I would have to constantly submit IT request to gain access to download and update software.

      Ti is very organized meaning they don’t take new ideas quickly. It would take many years to be recognized.
