Pros

Great place for hardware engineers, silicon designers, especially those skilled in analog. Good compensation and benefits package. Great people to work with. Flexible working hours for engineers.

Cons

Software engineering is underdeveloped discipline. The mindset is that hardware can sell itself. Software serves to just demo hardware.

Pros

Strongly believes in training. A great place to learn. Wonderful place to go right out of college and learn the ropes.

Cons

Pay can be low and upward mobility is very limited. They also have layoffs pretty regularly
