Pros

Worked here for 7 yrs. Great environment and professionally run company. Learnt a lot during my stint.

Cons

Very conservative management. Prospects of growing in job is low. Also becoming more of an Analog company resulting in exit of lot of talented people.

Challenges, working with top notch talent, great initiatives, energetic management. Great place to grow and get a great technical and business exposure.

Cons

Tight deadlines, overwhelming amount of work, long hours. High pressure to always do things better.
