Pros

Great benefits Some good ideas Diverse product portfolio Very fair work/life balance for the most part

Cons

Some clearly misguided market attempts Some managers clearly rose through the ranks through brown-nosing and not competence Training can be harder to come by than in similar companies Can be a bit stodgy when it comes to seizing new markets and innovation

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, good work life balance, great and very intelligent teams.

Cons

New direction seems to be towards commodities - both in products and in people. Lack of commitment to talent development outside of EE design teams.
