Pros

Great talent. Good pay and benefits. Excellent work/life balance. Top notch management.

Cons

Something is missing to keep this company from truly breaking out and winning the market share that is desired. I wouldn't expect the company to experience huge growth, but it is has terrific financials. Not afraid to reorganize and cut jobs in the process.

Pros

It was exciting to work with cutting edge technology along with some of the sharpest and brightest people I have ever worked with; and I have been in electronics over 30 years.

Cons

I did not always agree with some of the policies and actions regarding foreign investments while working at Texas Instruments.
