Pros

The benefits are fair and upper management is supportive of employee development. There is also a huge emphasis on multi-culturalism. Overall, a great experience.

Cons

Middle management likes to run operations on the cheap which means frequently being understaffed and incredibly slow to give raises. The money is there in the budget, but they like to keep a tight lid on salaries.
