Pros

> Great work culture - People are easy to deal with, people respect you for you capabilities and the value you bring to the table > You work on the cutting edge of technology - TI is among the best companies an Electronics grad can work in > Ample opportunities for making an impact > One of the highest pay packages for undergrads/freshers within the Electronics industry

Cons

> If you get into TI, you would most probably be among the best of your lot. For a person of your caliber (particular if you are a fresher or have a degree in computer science), there are opportunities in other firms like Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc that might be available and can pay better. Simply put, although TI offers some of the best jobs (pay wise, work quality wise, growth wise) in the Electronics industry, firms in the Software industry offer a more rewarding career.
