- innovation is on paper only; no real push or rewards. - Too many changes in technologies and organisation structure. It is pretty confusing at times. - Avg salary

great learning experience. A great firm to start your career. The people are friendly and very willing to help. projects are challenging

i feel there is a lot of politics invovled when it comes to career growth. although hardwork is rewarded but one needs to put in additional effort into networking.
