Pros

Low cost of living in TX Sound long term management strategy Good and ethical financials

Cons

Closed "inner circle" of upper management Promotions not always based on merit Unfair "affirmative action" promoting unfit women managers to leadership roles (some are actually good, but most do not get any respect)

Good experience overall

Pros

Good pay for a co-op, certainly a good learning experience and addition to your resume, location is not bad

Cons

Management is not very genuine, you never know what they are thinking about you. Do not trust the compliments they keep giving you about your work. If they do not like you personally, it does not matter how good of a job you do. They like too much A** kissing. In cases you have to wok a lot more hours than you normally do.
