Pros

I like the fact that I had 3 days off one week and 4 days the next week. The pay is competitive. It wasn't a bad place to work if you can deal with a 12 hour shift.

Cons

No room for career or professional advancement. You will be a Manufacturing Specialist for 20+ years.

Pros

Work culture is very good and obviously the salary is very nice .Work -life balance is fine and its very light working environment

Cons

You may have to wait for long hours when product release is nearby, but that happens almost in every firm in this industry
