Pros

Knowledgeable team, get to work on a huge variety of projects and technologies, you can have the opportunity to architect complete hardware solutions.

Cons

You are a part of the sales organization. Great for pay, but you deal with sales team a lot... Hours can be very long (80+ hrs/week for 4-6 month stretches)

Pros

Great tech people, has good technology access. Was number 1 in wireless, had great application processor business and MCU business, now everything looks to be in disarray

Cons

Poor managers and leaders, lacks vision. Change of strategic direction is not looking promising. Appears to be selecting strategy based on ease of implementation and not on sound reasoning.
