diversified products. financial strength. good health care plan. flexible time. co-workers are generally knowledgeable and nice to work with. lots of learning opportunities from smart knowledgeable people. managements understand the know-how, allowing them to make reasonable demands.

Cons

long hours. but i guess it is the same everywhere else. every companies try to get the most of their employees. it's a economy wide problem.
