1. Schedules are tight all around the year. 2. Pay is not that attractive. 3. Some of the managers start resembling headless chickens at times of crises

Surrounded by some nice people. Compensation is ok. No overtime.

Cons

Very limited growth opportunity. Very little pay raise. High turn over rate. Also, Texas is too hot.
