Pros

You will learn a whole lot.

Cons

Growth prospects are limited. Employees truely feel that there a is glass floor. There is general feeling tht managers carry great powers (divide and concur?) and tech talent is left to fend itself.

Pros

Great people and no shortage of interesting challenges . Very active in all kinds of community activities. Serious about protecting the environment.

Cons

It's a tough and demanding business and balancing work/life for many is a challenge. However that's pretty standard in the industry so fixing it could hurt T.I.'s profitability.
