Competitve pay, great work environment, reasonable work expectations, excellent career opportunities. TI wants you to be the best employee you can be, and is willing to invest in your development.

Cons

A bit too many superfluous meetings. Food could be better.

Very good work environment Excellent recreational facilities Salary matching the semiconductor industry Talented and hard working employees are rewarded accordingly. Company believes differential growth driven by commitment of the employee.

Cons

Relatively high work volume. Not the highest paying company but this is compensated by a better work environment
