Pros

High part and profit sharing

Cons

Benefits are terrible compared other semiconductor companies I've worked for. Upper management treats employees as interchangeable. Job openings go to New college grads so there's little mobility within the company. Teams are understaffed and managers are spread thin. TI isn't going to compete with new competition coming into the market.
