      Pros

      The company is very ethical and most people are friendly. If you have no internship experience, this is a good place to start.

      Cons

      The experience as a software developer is iffy - be prepared to support terribly maintained legacy apps with little support for innovation or internal opportunities for furthering your career. If you accept a position at TI, I would recommend working on personal projects in the meantime to build your portfolio for your second job, because you may not get the experience needed or desired there.

      You would be a good fit if you are Narcissistic and step on others to beat top 10 bottom ten

      Pros

      Pay scale is high but prepare to work 12 hour days some holidays and weekends for it. You get to screw and gaslight your colleagues to destroy their progress on projects so you stay in the top ten. Then they are in bottom ten and get fired (Jack W. old GE tactic, worked great for GE didn't it?)

      Cons

      Your colleagues are trying to screw you too so you will have to work extra hard just to stay in the game and get the information you need to accomplish tour work goals (Extending and working the weekend gets you ahead). This game makes the long hours necessary so you can acquire the information you may need to advance the project. Remember you must stay in the Top ten!

      - Good paying job - With HMO, Medical and Dental Assistance - With 13th month pay, profit sharing if sales are up, Christmas Package - with Ethics Policy

      Cons

      - Job assignments have no definite bound - Promotions are becoming a political agenda - Performance review and rating process has flaws
