Pros

The company’s work culture is really good. They do work on work-life balance principle . Even the employees are very friendly and they would never scold you and are open to even the silliest doubts.

Cons

During my internship I completed all the work assigned to me within deadlines but still I didn’t get the ppo offer. Its important to being connected with your managers and whole team.

Pros

Benefits were great, offered a nice annual profit sharing bonus, were extremely conservative on their spending budget

Cons

No employee long term incentive, don't value tenured employees, always looking for ways to cut costs. The IT teams are extremely siloed and see the IT department as a cost center, not an investment. HR has no communication skills to their employees.
