Pros

There are interesting and challenging projects to work on

Cons

Innovation is declining due to more pressure to meet tight deadlines. The culture of technical excellence and perfectionism is declining due to more pressure to meet tight deadlines. No WFH is enforced from top down Recent mass layoffs were from top down and removed key teams and people. It was so bad that they actually re-hired some teams. No statement or justification of any kind from TI was communicated.

Pros

- flexibility with wfh/rto, atleast for my team - friendly coworkers - strong emphasis on teamwork and open door policies

Cons

- really busy around PG, regardless of role. For some roles, it's before and for others it's after - internal raises are low
