Pros

just slightly above average package. will learn a lot of knowledge

Cons

minimum benefits. HR will say they have converted all benefits into your payslip. Management just care about execution and results, they know you have spending tremendous amount of effort and time until you are exhausted but they just ignore. Manufacturing & Assembly teams are tough

Pros

Great pay, profit sharing and benefits. Very flexible with how you can work. Get to work with some really smart people and leaders.

Cons

Depending on your organization, you may have to work more than 50 hours a week. Company level priorities are concise and simple but how that trickles down to your organization you may actually have a lot of individual priorities that are difficult to juggle at the same time. This is on top of having to train new college grads since the company only exclusively hired them.
