Pros

You can cheese the system if you really don't want to work or grow. Big company.

Cons

I had to give an intern a job offer 3k less than what I make after 10 years of working.

Pros

You will find really good people at TI. Most of them will always help you. Work life balance can be achieved if you are well organized. 401K match is good at 4% , medical insurance is good as well.

Cons

Total compensation is below the market . Several companies are increasing salaries for senior employees. So they don't leave to other companies. Unfortunately, TI is still thinking how to do it. So a lot of senior people already left.

Pros

None, really. The company sucks.

Cons

Everything. No culture enforcement, everybody is too busy to help, no comfort, highly stressful environment.
