Pros

Great compensation and benefits. Collaborative teams, the help is there if you need it and you’ll probably need it.

Cons

Quite challenging at times, really pushes you to learn and adapt. You may get thrown in over your head but there are people who back you and are willing to help you learn and grow.

Pros

Great benefits, 401k, stock. Profit share & good Relo/Sign-on bonus. Great rotational programs.

Cons

Lifers can be toxic. They expect you to be experts in the field 3 months in. Communication can be poor and deadlines may not be communicated to you properly. A lot of engineers seem to come in at 6am and leave at 7pm. It is frowned upon if you leave at the "normal" 8 hours. Rumors of <20% retention rate of new hires.
