Pros

Well run, professional company. They provide excellent support for you in management, training, facilities, and administration. Also, TI is willing to invest in long-term development in people and products.

Cons

Many people choose to focus only on their responsibilities. When working with people in different disciplines, they don't put much effort into understanding and learning about different approaches and responsibilities. This limits the company's ability to adapt and move quickly on product development.

Pros

Lengthy vacation benefits. Extensive training available which is not available at small companies.

Cons

Above average workers receive average pay. Extra effort not rewarded or recognized. Company very family centric; i.e. workers without children are marginizalize.
