Pros

Benefits Profit sharing guaranteed Occasional RSU for performance

Cons

RSUs vest 100% in four years rather than incrementally like other companies. Why do this if they want to keep new hires? Pay is already below average. Feels like they're playing me with a carrot on a stick.
