Pros

Culture has good values and hard working people Work is interesting and you meet a lot of talented, smart individuals They are very accepting of all races, cultures, orientations, backgrounds and they are always researching ways to be even better.

Cons

Hard to move up from individual contributor, there just aren't a lot of spots to fill unless you play the political game (drink the koolaid) The compensation seems to be lagging as of late. They sort of force you to either feel comfortable with your salary or consider what else is out there. They will always give you just enough meat on the bone to make you feel like it's worth staying, and that's even for a above average performer
