Pros

Big campus Profit sharing Learning recourses

Cons

Rotation program was entirely a scam and now that has been replaced with a new scam called the “development program”. In such programs you are replaced in a random team within TI with the highest turnover rate. Management will lie to your face while smiling with manipulative words, do not believe a single word out of their mouth. There is no career growth at this company and internal mobility is up to HR and your manager and if you’re placed in a team with high turnover rate, you will be stuck there forever. Lastly, TI has turned into an NCG camp, so if you stay for too long, you’ll find yourself training NCG’s all the time since they all come and get burned out and leave less than 2-3 years. Pay is also less than average Work life balance is non existent in this company

Pros

Great people, work was interesting but after several years became inundated with useless processes and unnecessary friction

Cons

Management serve their management and not their team. Very little opportunity for growth, professional development and measurement is curated based on the expectations of your manager's manager's manager...

Pros

Competitive Salary, Good working environment

Cons

It can be challenging when your manager is not physically present in the same location as you. Communication and collaboration might require extra effort in such situations.

Pros

There's a lot of projects that needs to be done.

Cons

Required support, i.e. getting logistics to do your project such as obtaining wafers, setting up factory systems, and lacking in their training material eventually led to my release after probation. The manager did not understand the process and I was given unreasonable deadline. Other Engineers from Utah express that my manager was unreasonable.

Pros

Great company to get your foot in the door. Lots of career opportunities, just hope you join a good department with a great manager and great training.

Cons

Management expects you to move very quick. Training can be very minimal. Truly depends on the department you get placed into. Some departments have bad management and poor training, other departments have better management and great training.
