For example, sick leave, vacation time, paid time off, etc. For technicians, it’s just time bank. • Numbers in module seem to be more important than quality of technicians. • The pay is not competitive, but it’s acceptable as a foot in the door due to profit sharing and bonus. • There is not enough vendor training.

Things can be very stressful near deadlines, when production isn’t moving or when they decide to cut budgets. They don’t give you the tools you need to do a good job. Most managers don’t actually pay attention to what people do so that can be a benefit if you are trying to get payed to do nothing but, if you are trying to do a good job it’s incredibly frustrating.
