Beautiful offices, great growth plan and people in general. Strong BIM department with fully developed standards.

Cons

The company always has great plans and ideas to improve employee satisfaction and retention but lacks execution. Bonuses are small and expectations are high, especially in the healthcare sector. Leadership in the Healthcare sector is disconnected from the team, demanding and demeaning, which creates a toxic environment. Advancements happen fast at lower levels and then they stop at senior.

awesome people, good growth opportunities if you stick it out, great benefits, decent work life balance, average market pay (better than below market lol), some interesting projects, reputation/history in DFW.

Cons

feels more like an architecture firm than a construction firm Note a very diverse portfolio (eg, mostly healthcare and commercial/higher ed/k12. No data centers, water treatment, advanced manufacturing, etc) Get in line for promotions. Bonuses were very small, raises were minimal.
