Good Place to Learn and Grow in Construction

Pros

Was consistently ranked one of the best places to work. Management was personable, approachable, and had a strong vision for the future. Good benefits and competitive salary.

Cons

Some good old boy system for promotion and bonus exists. Some local offices were not managed as well and the corporate office.

Pros

Most of the people are great. Great perks and benefits and a beautiful office to work in with great location. Some large profile projects.

Cons

Too top heavy and confusion in management which means people lower down are doing all the work and are not compensated for it. Real disconnect between upper management and everyone else. Seems like they hire for specific jobs and not necessarily for long term growth.
