Pros
Company culture is fantastic, everyone is very friendly, mild-mannered, and professional. Most of the time egos and grand standing are non-existent which breeds a very educational and opportunistic environment. HR does a fantastic job with hiring candidates that have the right mix of skill set and personality.
Cons
This is an architectural and construction company. Their niche and business model is built around architectural design-build projects, however, they have a sole-source contract with a major telecommunications provider that is practically their bread and butter. If you are placed on this contract and like this type of heavy telecommunications work (i.e. mechanical and electrical), you'll fit right in. If you have more of an interest in architecture (and work under this contract) this could quite literally be your worst nightmare. Work can be boring for someone motivated and willing to accept challenges.
