Pros

awesome people, good growth opportunities if you stick it out, great benefits, decent work life balance, average market pay (better than below market lol), some interesting projects, reputation/history in DFW.

Cons

feels more like an architecture firm than a construction firm Note a very diverse portfolio (eg, mostly healthcare and commercial/higher ed/k12. No data centers, water treatment, advanced manufacturing, etc) Get in line for promotions. Bonuses were very small, raises were minimal.

The change in leadership has brought the company out of touch with the field operations that need to happen in order to have less rework and more quality contril
