Pros
- There are some amazing coworkers at the entry-level and mid management positions. - Regional offices have very different cultures from that of the Dallas home office.
Cons
Leadership has decided they need to "level" architectural salaries to become more competitive in the market. This has led to a plan of 1% raises for the next couple of years. This has obviously led to a brain drain since March of 2024. Most individuals are getting 15-20k raises by switching firms.
