Beck requires 40 hours of personal training every year Beck understands project integration from concept to completion. They have the architects, designers, BIM conceptualization, green building, and project management to fulfill all the owners needs.

Beautiful offices, great growth plan and people in general. Strong BIM department with fully developed standards.

Cons

The company always has great plans and ideas to improve employee satisfaction and retention but lacks execution. Bonuses are small and expectations are high, especially in the healthcare sector. Leadership in the Healthcare sector is disconnected from the team, demanding and demeaning, which creates a toxic environment. Advancements happen fast at lower levels and then they stop at senior.
