Opportunity to learn about business operations and how to use many of the products in the store.

Cons

Sometimes communication becomes a problem at a higher level and creates confusion between sales associates and merchandising associates.

Pros

great benefits, opportunities are endless, pick a new direction and go, always something different, learn something new about yourself everyday

Cons

For hourly supervisors it is very hard to get all work done in 40 hours. You must be very structured and stick to a timed routine. Doing this does not leave much time for creativity and innovation.

Pros

Team environment with opportunities for advancement. Bonuses are given for giving excellent customer service.

Cons

Pay is not that great in some stores. All decisions on stores set-up are done by corporate without any input from customers or store associates.
