Flexible schedule Fun coworkers Some of our regular customers are awesome

Cons

Pay seems a little low to comparable jobs. All stores are franchised - which was great for me - but I've heard other owners can be difficult to work for. Not much upward advancement. Being a franchise, the ceiling is pretty low.

Latest the store close it 7pm. Sundays 10am to 3pm. Closed on holidays. Take vacation whenever you want.

Cons

Minimum wage. Individually own. No benefits that you can live on. No holiday pay or vacation pay. Moving up doesn't make that much of a difference wage wise.
