* Managers don't care about your career growth or learning or you as an individual - only if you have delivered on your OKRs. They provide almost no support in career development. * Not a fun culture. * Very poor work life balance overall

- Company culture - Health and wellness stipend - Growth - Startup lifestyle: free snacks, drinks, yoga lessons, happy hours - Fun/chill environment w/coworkers

Cons

Needs improvements on managerial training. I had a really bad experience with a manager and needed to leave. Felt uncomfortable and anxious every morning when opening my inbox. Managers are suppose to support and protect their subordinates, not make them feel weak and inadequate of their work. Never had this horrible experience before.
