- Perfect combination of work life balance - Excellent work environment, with energetic people around - Attention given to details which will make your more productive - Fully stocked kitchen with catered lunches and breakfast - The interview process pays attention to a lot of details, so the people whom you are going to join are going to be really talented people

Cons

- I have not found one yet, but if I do, I am sure that will be fixed even before I realize that was an issue

Great engineering culture, trying to not get stuck in old school tools or methodologies, always improving, always adapting to the state of the art and using cutting edge technology. Fantastic mindset and always open to changes, this make ThousandEyes engineering be prepare for an upcoming big growth keeping their high standards in reliability, efficiency, quality and stability.

Cons

The company is growing fast and the need of engineers is high, finding them is not easy, and sometimes, that's making the current employees to have too much work to do. Also i would like to have more variety in the catering we get for lunch :)

I have been working at ThousandEyes full-time (For a 1 year) Outstanding technology that delivers great value to the customers, filling an existing gap on the market. The one thing I enjoy the most is working with talented people that are accessible and always willing to help you tackle complicated problems.

Cons

The team needs to grow even quicker to unleash the full ThousandEyes vision.
