Pros

- Awesome Coworkers. Everyone is friendly, supportive, intelligent and fun to be around. - High standard of code quality. A lot of effort is made to keep the code base clear and easy to maintain. - Interesting product. The technology that we're developing is pretty cool and it has been exciting to watch it evolve. - Growth. The company has a solid list of customers and is continuing to gain more and more momentum everyday. - Supportive work environment. The company is supportive of the needs and personal growth of their employees and makes an effort to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. There is a system of communication in place so you can relay any troubles your having to someone higher up.

Cons

It's difficult to think of cons. Anything I can think of is a very minor complaint. - The onboarding process can be slightly improved, but in general is fine due to everyone being willing to help and answer any questions.

Pros

The culture at ThousandEyes is something really special. It's a culture of excellence without egos. Everyone at the company is motivated and top-notch, without exception, but everyone is also accessible, helpful, and open to feedback, without exception. As an engineer, I also find the product really cool and fun to work on. It's really technically challenging, and it's rewarding to know the software we write is actually what the company is selling. So anything we do to improve the product or the user experience is really valued by the company and the users.

Cons

Even though I feel good about doing some small part to keep the Internet up and running, it's not always easy to show off my work! The product is quite technical, so it's not that easy to explain to people. But, like all ThousandEyes employees, I don't have a big ego, so that doesn't really bother me. ;) I find the work environment much more important to my happiness.

Pros

Want to be a part of a company that's actually solving tough problems for applications and services that many of us use on a daily basis? Look into joining the talented pool of employees at ThousandEyes. The company has evolved tremendously over the last few years -- the revenues continue to go up and to the right as they add house-hold logos as their customers, they have an incredible knack for being fiscally responsible (i.e. don't waste $) and the management team is on the same page for the most part.

Cons

Company has plenty of perks, but needs to ensure 'culture' doesn't dwindle across their various office locations.
