      One of the best Engineering company with poor management

      Pros

      They will give good on-job Training if you are in manufacturing department you can get support from other plants if you have made good friends Salary is not constraint if you are performing well moreover you should make boss like a god

      Poor management staff, Not aligned with market requirement Not aggressive in the market capture, lost the customer left and right management is poor decision makers, push hard only word to get the things done. Quality degrades because system is not followed

      Been with the company over half a decade and The management at the Bangalore facility is by far the worst I have ever come across. Bad Politics and bad management is top of the list for this facility.
