Good team. Lots of challenges. Nice work environment. Good training provided. Compensation package is ok related to industry. Also, most of the people are good în what they are doing.

Cons

Not sure if the direction company going forward is the right one. Need better top management în order to extend market share.

Cons

No growth, micro Management to the extend which spoil your life, no respect for employees, like an old age home rather than an MNC
